Colin M Hill the Managing Director of Key Solutions has been associated with the Telecommunication Industry for over 35 years, during that time he has built many long lasting relationships and is acknowledged within the industry as a person that will orchestrate very successfully the implementation and future maintenance of both new and refurbished telecommunication installations.

 

Swallow Hotels & Paramount Hotels

Over the years he has established a long successful association with the Hospitality sector and has provided for many years telecom equipment and latterly services to prominent Hoteliers such as Macdonald Hotels. More recently we have been requested to undertake the control and orchestration of the hotels' Telephone Maintenance and ongoing Customer Support for major hotel groups such as Paramount Hotels, Oxford Hotels & Inns and Legacy Hotels.

In the early years Key Solutions, now known as KSL within the sector, was requested on many occasions to undertake the responsibility of not only commissioning the complete hotel solution, but in its selection as well, as it was apparent that costs were getting out of hand and experienced assistance was required when commissioning and upgrading the hotels' IT facilities, as knowledgeable experience staff were neither available or qualified to undertake this task.

 

Hence our involvement with the suppliers of Front of House solutions providers, hotel telephone billing manufactures and more recently with DECT manufacturers, in addition to the existing arrangements we already had with the telephone system and guest bedroom telephone manufacturers.

 

Once the Hotelier or Group Director has accepted this approach, they now have one point of contact for the total solution, which will update the existing arrangements, establish group savings and limit the escalating future maintenance and support costs that could have got out of control, in addition to dealing with any resulting scenario's or extending in the future the facilities provided.

 

This leaves the hotelier more time to organise all the other aspects of the property, knowing full well that all technical aspects have been managed correctly and cost effectively, it's a win, win situation!!
